A limited edition blend of our award winning Manx Loaghtan wool blended with 30% white Shetland. The 30% Shetland wool more than lightens the natural Loaghtan colour and it adds an interesting twist that almost glints.

We chose Shetland as it is also one of the North Atlantic short tail Viking sheep and whilst not as rare as Manx Loaghtan is still a minority breed.

Please make sure you order enough balls for your planned project as we have only got a limited amount and when they're gone, they're gone.

For over 12 years we have been breeding for good wool, as a result we now have a flock producing first class wool. Our commercial (rare breed wool) spinner says it is the best Manx Loaghtan wool he has ever handled in over 40 years. We have won best Manx Loaghtan fleece at the Royal Manx Agricultural show EVERY year since 2006 and best fleece in the whole show several times. As you might have guessed we are very proud of our wool!
